Position: Academic Counsellor

Experience: 6 months+ in UG & PG Program Counselling

Location: Noida

Role & Responsibilities

- Counsel students for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs.
- Understand students academic and career goals and suggest suitable programs.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
- Maintain student information and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 months of experience in UG/PG counselling or EdTech sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of UG & PG programs and the admission process.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
