MomsMade makes clean-label traditional North Indian snacks — thekua, namak pare and more. No maida, no dalda, no preservatives.

What you'll do

- Run daily production as per batch plan — dough prep, frying, cooling, packing
- Enforce SOPs on the floor: mixing times, ghee temperature, TPM-based oil rejection, cooling room temperature and humidity
- Do in-process QC checks and record them: weight, colour, texture, moisture, seal integrity
- Check packaging quality — induction seals, shrink sleeves, batch coding, MRP and date printing
- Maintain hygiene and FSSAI-compliant practices across the facility
- Track raw material issue, yield and wastage; flag variances the same day




- Supervise the production team and shift handover; keep records complete and audit-ready

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years in food production (snacks, bakery, sweets or ready-to-eat preferred)
- Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent; robust freshers welcome
- Comfortable with basic documentation in Excel/Google Sheets
- Hands-on, floor-first attitude and attention to detail
- Hindi and English; Kannada a plus

Nice to have

- Exposure to FSSAI audits, HACCP or GMP
- Experience scaling recipes from small to large batch
