Role Description The Business Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, analyze existing processes, and propose practical strategies and technology-enabled solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting business assessments, preparing reports and presentations, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and supporting implementation of recommended changes. The role involves coordinating with internal technical teams to align solutions with client needs, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery. The consultant will also monitor market trends, identify recent opportunities,



and contribute to continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and offerings.
Qualifications

- Strong business analysis and consulting skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Experience with technology-driven business solutions, such as ERP or cloud applications, and familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
- Ability to prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations, and communicate complex ideas in a structured, accessible way.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including facilitation of meetings, negotiation, and relationship-building with diverse client teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in consulting or project management are a plus.
- Prior experience in sales or business consulting, especially in technology services or digital transformation, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) and readiness to learn new systems as needed.
