Responsibilities

- Development: Design and develop modular React components using custom hooks and productive state management.
- CI/CD & Git: Manage complex branching strategies and PR reviews via GitHub, ensuring all Pre-commit checks pass.
- API Integration: Design data layers and handle asynchronous data fetching, caching, and optimistic updates.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct product demos to Business Owners and proactively suggest UI/UX improvements.
- Standards: Ensure all layouts are responsive and WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.
- Bonus/Added Value: * Hands-on experience with Gemini Code Assist or GitHub Copilot.

Experience / knowledge

2+ years of experience in the software industry with a full stack developer role.

- Language Mastery: Independent with async/await and type narrowing.
- UI Engineering: Confident with Tailwind, Flexbox/Grid, and responsive design.
- Soft Skills: Must demonstrate Radical Accountability and a Limitless Mindset.
