About the Role

We're looking for a multidisciplinary creative designer who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences through both motion and visual design. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in either motion or visual design and is excited to expand into adjacent creative disciplines. You'll collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to build learning experiences that are engaging, scalable and learner-centric.

As part of our team's evolution, we're also embracing AI-enabled creative workflows. While prior experience with AI tools is a plus, curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to experiment are far more important.

What You'll Build

- Design learning videos, motion graphics and educational animations.
- Create presentations, infographics, illustrations and other visual learning assets.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts and internal stakeholders across Learning, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.
- Build reusable templates, design systems and production workflows to improve consistency and scalability.




- Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve creative quality, speed and collaboration.
- Contribute ideas that improve how our team designs, produces and delivers learning content.

What We're Looking For

- 1 - 4 years of experience in Motion Design, Visual Design or Multimedia Design.
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, composition, hierarchy and colour.
- Good understanding of motion design principles and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro).
- Experience with Figma or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset and curiosity to continuously learn new tools and workflows.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience creating educational or instructional content.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, content creation or productivity.
- Experience working with design systems or reusable templates.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX or web design.
- Illustration or 3D skills.
