This role sits at the center of our business, ensuring qualified candidates get matched to the right employer opportunities in Germany and interviews are executed smoothly, on time, and with strong conversion outcomes.What You'll DoManage the full placement cycle for candidates, from readiness sign-off to interview scheduling to offer closureCoordinate directly with employer partners (hospitals, care facilities) to align on interview slots, candidate profiles, and hiring timelinesTrack candidate pipeline status closely and flag bottlenecks before they become delaysWork with the language training and documentation teams to ensure candidates are interview-ready at the right timeOwn placement metrics: interview-to-offer conversion,



time-to-placement, employer satisfactionBuild and maintain solid working relationships with employer partners to keep the pipeline moving consistentlyTroubleshoot last-minute issues (candidate drop-offs, employer rescheduling) and keep things on trackWhat We're Looking For3–6 years in placement, staffing, recruitment operations, or international mobility, with a similar coordination-heavy roleStrong ownership mindset, comfortable managing multiple moving parts at onceExcellent communication skills, especially coordinating across candidates and external employer stakeholdersProcess-oriented but not rigid, able to adapt when things shiftPrior exposure to international recruitment, healthcare staffing, or overseas mobility is a plus
