About the jobWe at Pine Labs are looking for those who share our core belief — “Every Day is Game Day.”We bring our best selves to work each day to realise our mission of enriching the world through the power of digital commerce and financial services.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to support our non-technical hiring team.The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and support the day-to-day recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, documentation, recruitment trackers and post-offer engagement.The role may also provide an opportunity to independently manage selected entry-level positions, smaller hiring cohorts or specific business requirements.In addition, the intern will contribute to projects related to recruitment automation, data analytics or employer branding, based on their skills and interests.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Coordination and Candidate ManagementCoordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and interview panels.Manage interview confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and candidate follow-ups.Follow up with interviewers for timely feedback and next steps.Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.Support offer documentation, candidate documentation and onboarding coordination.Engage with offered candidates and maintain regular communication until joining.Highlight candidate concerns, delays or potential joining risks to the TA Partner.Recruitment SupportSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn,



referrals and internal databases.Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions for assigned roles.Support the TA Partner in managing hiring requirements across different business teams.Independently handle selected entry-level roles or smaller hiring requirements.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate expectations.TA Projects and Process ImprovementDepending on the candidate’s skills and interests, the intern may also support:Recruitment automation using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Power Automate or similar platforms.Creation of recruitment trackers, reports or dashboards using Excel, Power BI or related tools.Improvement of recruitment templates, candidate communication and hiring processes.Creation of hiring-related content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms.Employer-branding campaigns, hiring announcements and recruitment communication.About YouInterested in building a career in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.Strong communicator with a professional and candidate-friendly approach.Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.Comfortable following up with candidates and internal stakeholders.Able to manage multiple interviews, candidates and activities simultaneously.Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.Willing to learn,



take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment.Exposure to any one of the following areas will be an added advantage:ChatGPT, Claude or other AI toolsPower BI, Power Automate or advanced ExcelCanva or other content-creation toolsLinkedIn, Instagram or employer-branding contentRecruitment dashboards, reporting or data analysisExpertise across all these areas is not required.
