Own the end-to-end lead discovery process by identifying, validating, and building a strong pipeline of potential leads of channel partners (BPOs)2. Drive daily outreach by coordinating calls and meetings with prospects while ensuring high attendance rates.3. Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of leads, sales funnel movement, and daily progress.4. Collaborate closely with the field supply team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversions.5. Identify on-ground challenges and bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.6. Share actionable insights on what is working and what can be improved to enhance acquisition efficiency.7.
