Lead sales strategy and business development for AC-DC/DC-DC converters, BESS, and central inverters across industrial and utility-scale markets.Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and key account management (OEMs, EPCs, IPPs, utilities).Oversee pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, and margin protection.Provide technical-commercial leadership on power conversion topologies, grid integration, and compliance.Manage forecasting, competitive analysis, and track technology evolution, standards/regulations, and segment demand.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely proposals, contracting, and order closures.
