This role is ideal for a proven leader with experience managing teams selling premium and luxury residential properties and consistently delivering exceptional sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive branch sales, revenue, profitability, and overall business growth.Lead, recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing luxury real estate sales team.Drive sales of premium and ultra-luxury residential projects while managing HNI, UHNI, NRI, and investor relationships.Support high-value negotiations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and maintain CRM excellence.Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with developer partners to maximize business growth.Represent Bridgekeys at luxury project launches, networking events,
