This is a customer- and forecast-facing role — not a warehouse operations role — since our warehousing is fully outsourced to a 3PL partner and logistics complexity is low.Core ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end demand planning and forecasting accuracy across SKUs/channelsDrive supply chain coordination with vendors, 3PL,



and internal stakeholders to ensure service levelsLead customer management/support operations — resolving escalations, tracking SLAs, and improving customer experience metricsPartner with sales and category teams to align supply with demand signalsMaintain working oversight of warehouse and logistics processes (via 3PL), without owning day-to-day warehouse executionWhat We're Looking For8–15 years in operations, with strong, demonstrable experience in demand planning and supply chain management (not just warehouse/logistics)Proven track record in customer management or customer operationsWorking familiarity with warehouse and logistics processes (managed through 3PL) — valuable to have, not the primary strengthStrong analytical and forecasting skills; comfort with data-driven planning toolsAbility to work cross-functionally with sales, category, and vendor teamsIdeal Candidate ProfileSomeone whose CV shows demand planning/S&OP; or supply chain planning as a primary function, plus customer-facing operations exposure — rather than a profile built primarily around warehouse and logistics management.
