Operating during US night shift hours (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST), this role is dedicated to supporting ongoing international RPO accounts across the US, Canada, and Gulf regions.This position involves executing deep web research, account mapping, and specialized Boolean search strings to identify potential corporate clients, key decision-makers, and high-demand candidate talent pools. Daily responsibilities include building, verifying, and maintaining high-volume prospect databases, tracking industry-specific hiring trends, and delivering actionable data to business development and delivery teams. The role requires close collaboration with recruiters and account managers to refine buyer and talent personas,



maximize lead quality, and ensure seamless delivery for RPO engagements.QualificationsCandidates should possess 6 months to 2 years of experience in RPO sourcing, market research, or B2B lead generation, with prior exposure to US, Canada, or Gulf markets preferred.Candidates should possess strong analytical and research capabilities to navigate professional networks, search engines, and business databases to validate prospect details.Candidates should possess proficiency with Microsoft Excel, CRM/ATS tools, advanced Boolean search techniques, and research tools (such as LinkedIn, contact discovery platforms, and job boards).Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across global accounts and present findings clearly.Candidates should possess high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong work ethic to consistently meet daily and weekly target volumes.Candidates must be fully committed to working fixed onsite night shifts (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST).
