General travel experience alone is not sufficient.ResponsibilitiesSell cruises and bespoke cruise holidays to worldwide destinationsHandle customer enquiries by telephone, email and social mediaRecommend suitable cruise lines, ships, itineraries, cabins and packagesPrepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookingsSell cruise-only, fly-cruise, cruise-and-stay and tailor-made packagesOffer flights, hotels, transfers, excursions and other travel productsFollow up sales leads and achieve individual sales targetsProvide excellent customer service before and after each saleMaintain strong knowledge of cruise products,
