- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate ERP sales leads
- Introduce and explain ERP to prospects
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule ERP product demos and business meetings
- Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
- Manage and update CRM records, follow-ups, and lead status
- Coordinate with the Business Development & Sales team
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation,



and sales-support targets? CANDIDATE PROFILE✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills✅ Good English + Telugu communication; Hindi is an advantage✅ Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone✅ Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel & MS Office✅ Good convincing and follow-up skills✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn✅ Target-oriented and interested in building a career in IT / ERP Sales?
