In this role, you will manage bench consultants, build robust relationships with vendors and clients, and drive successful placements in the competitive US IT staffing market. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Bench ManagementMarket bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clientsBuild and expand vendor/client relationshipsManage the end-to-end sales cycle - lead generation, submissions, negotiation, and closureEnsure a steady pipeline of requirements with quick submission turnaroundNegotiate billing rates and finalize contract termsMaintain consistent follow-ups on submissions, interviews,
