- Visakhapatnam, India (On-site)Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on Scan-to-BIM modeling/Revit MEPWhat you'll do:● Model building elements from registered point cloud data to LOD 300–400 within your discipline.● Act as sub-team lead for a small group of mid/junior modelers — review their work before QC submission.● Ensure models meet accuracy tolerances against the point cloud and follow project standards/parameters.● Support clash resolution and coordination with other disciplines.● Flag point cloud data quality issues to the CDE Coordinator.What we're looking for:● Diploma/Bachelor's in a relevant engineering/architecture field.● 4+ years of Revit modeling experience, including Scan-to-BIM from registered point clouds.● Solid understanding of LOD 300–400 deliverable requirements.● Ability to review and guide the work of junior modelers.Software: Revit, Recap Pro, Navisworks, AutoCad.
