MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be from the Insurance Broking Industry
- Strong expertise in Commercial Property and Fire Claims.
- Experience in handling corporate and large-value claims.
- Min 10 yrs of experience in handling commercial claims.ABOUT THE CLIENTOur client is a composite insurance and reinsurance broking and has built a strong presence,particularly in the commercial lines and species space.JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end Commercial Property and Fire Claims.
- Handle large and complex loss assessments and claim settlements.
- Liaise with insurers, surveyors, loss adjusters and corporate clients.
- Review policy coverage, claim documentation and survey reports.
- Drive timely claim resolution and customer satisfaction.




- Support claim negotiations and settlement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal processes.
- Prepare claims MIS, report and management updates.QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
- Skilled certifications such as IRDAI licensing, Associate/Fellow of the Insurance Instituteof India (III), CII (UK), or AIRM are an added advantage.OTHER DETAILSReporting To: DirectorIndustry Target: Insurance BrokingWork Model Arrangement: Onsite
