We are looking for a agile Zoho Product Manager to own and drive the implementation, optimization, and scaling of Zoho applications across Recruit, People, and Payroll. The role will be critical in aligning business processes with technology, ensuring seamless HR lifecycle management, and enabling automation and analytics across the employee journey.Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho PayrollDefine product roadmap aligned with business goals and HR transformation agendaIdentify opportunities for automation, integration, and process optimizationLead implementation, configuration, and customization of Zoho modulesEnsure best practices in workflows, forms, approvals, and reportingContinuously improve system performance and user experienceWork closely with HR, Talent Acquisition & FinanceTranslate business requirements into scalable system solutionsStandardize HR processes across recruitment,



onboarding, payroll, and lifecycle managementDrive integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, finance tools)Leverage APIs, Deluge scripting, and automation tools within Zoho ecosystemBuild dashboards and analytics for decision-makingKey Requirements6–10 years of experience in HR Tech / Product Management / HR OperationsStrong hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, and Zoho PayrollExperience in HR process design, automation, and digital transformationWorking knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation (Deluge scripting preferred)Understanding of Indian payroll, statutory compliance, and HR lifecycle processesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
