The thesis is that most people don't deploy their money well, not because the information is missing, but because it's buried in charts that assume you already know what to look for. The product reads a user's full financial context and tells them what matters, proactively.A founder's-office generalist role for someone who wants to work across the whole business rather than down one function. You'll sit next to the founding team and pick up whatever matters most that month - this could mean shaping a product decision one week, chasing a partnership or regulatory approval the next, and digging into a growth number the week after that.This isn't a "special projects" role in the sense of doing odd jobs. It's for someone who wants to understand the business end to end and be trusted to move on ambiguous problems without a playbook.What you'll doWork directly with founders on the highest-priority problem of the moment - product, growth, operations, partnerships, or regulatory groundworkDrive partnerships and integrations with account aggregators, MF platforms,



and other financial data/infra providersDo the regulatory and compliance legwork that comes with handling financial data - you won't own this end-to-end on day one, but you'll be in the room and doing real work on itTurn ambiguous asks into structured plans - take "we need to figure out X" and come back with an actual point of view, not just a documentRun point on growth experiments and operational fixes that don't yet have an ownerBuild the connective tissue between product, ops, and external partners as the team scalesWhat we're looking for2 - 5 years of experience, ideally at an early-stage consumer fintech (companies like Ultrahuman, Stable Money, or similar) or in a founder's-office / generalist role elsewhereGenuine generalist range - comfortable moving between analysis, execution, and stakeholder conversations in the same weekHigh ownership and a bias to action; you don't wait for structure to show up before you startStrong first-principles thinking - you can reason about a recent problem from scratch rather than pattern-matching to "how it's usually done"Comfortable with financial/regulatory complexity, or eager to get comfortable with it fastClear, direct communicator - a lot of this role is translating between founders, engineers, and external partners
