The role focuses on end-to-end project tracking, coordination, and ensuring timely execution with quality and safety compliance.Objective of the Role : To be a part of the Central Project Monitoring Team and ensure effective planning, monitoring, coordination, and execution of projects across assigned locations, maintaining timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor day-to-day project activities across multiple sites based on assigned Projects.Monitoring of the Projects through L-3 Network or Gantt Chart or MS - ProjectsEnsure strict adherence to safety and quality compliance standards at project sitesCoordinate with vendors for timely supply of plant and machinery as per approved BBQLiaise with detailed engineering consultants for release of tender documents and drawingsEvaluate technical offers from vendors and support the tender finalization processTrack and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely executionMaintain regular communication with vendors/suppliers to ensure dispatches align with schedulesIdentify delays or deviations in committed schedules and proactively address themPrepare periodic project monitoring reports and dashboards for management reviewKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Adherence to project timelines and milestone achievementVendor performance and on-time delivery rateCompliance with safety and quality standardsReduction in project delays and cost overrunsEfficiency in tender evaluation and closure timelinesAccuracy and timeliness of project monitoring reportsCoordination effectiveness between internal and external stakeholdersQualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) – Mandatory & Master’s degree (M.Tech / MBA) – PreferredExperience : 5+ years of experience in the IndustriesRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong project management and coordination skillsGood understanding of engineering drawings, BOQs, and tendering processesKnowledge of safety and quality compliance standardsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting systemsAbility to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlinesVendor management and negotiation skills.
