Project Manager – Events & Executive RoundtablesRole: Project ManagerLocation: BangaloreType: Full-TimeCompany: Flexi RoundtablesWe are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to manage executive roundtables, leadership forums, partner engagements and events from planning to final delivery.This role requires someone who can own timelines, coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure flawless on-ground execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end execution of Executive Roundtables, Leadership Forums, Mixers and CXO engagementsCreate and manage detailed project plans, timelines, checklists and deliverablesCoordinate with internal teams, clients, speakers, moderators, venues and external vendorsTrack leader invitations, confirmations, attendance and event requirementsManage venue coordination including F&B;, AV, branding, seating and event flowCoordinate with design and marketing teams for invitations, event creatives and branding collateralManage partner/sponsor deliverables and ensure commitments are completed on timeOwn pre-event,



event-day and post-event executionMaintain trackers for every project and proactively flag delays or dependenciesHandle multiple events and projects running simultaneouslyPrepare post-event reports, attendance data, photographs and partner deliverablesWhat We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in project management, events, B2B marketing, conferences or similar rolesStrong project ownership and follow-throughExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsStrong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and project-management toolsAbility to operate in a rapid-paced environment with tight timelinesComfortable coordinating with senior executives and corporate stakeholdersStrong attention to detail — nothing should fall through the cracksWillingness to travel for events when requiredIdeal CandidateYou should be someone who doesn't just coordinate tasks — you take ownership of the outcome.If an event is four weeks away, you should know exactly what needs to happen today, what is pending, who owns it and what could become a bottleneck.We are looking for a high-ownership executor who can connect the dots and get things done.
