We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage US-based service clients and engineering recruitment requirements. The role involves client relationship management, requirement gathering, recruitment delivery, recruiter coordination, candidate submissions, rate negotiation, and account growth.Responsibilities:Manage US clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.Handle engineering and technical staffing requirements.Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely, quality submissions.Track interviews, offers, onboarding, and placements.Negotiate rates and ensure SLA and compliance adherence.Monitor account performance and identify business opportunities.Requirements:Experience in US recruitment and account management.Experience working with service-oriented clients.Good understanding of engineering and technical roles.Robust communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.Willingness to work US shifts.
