We are looking for someone who wants to do more than manage a restaurant—we want someone who would like to help build the business with us.You will work closely with the founders, across operations, events, sales, partnerships, procurement and guest experience.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and developing new revenue opportunities.What you’ll ownDay-to-day hospitality and property operationsPlanning and execution of events, workshops, screenings and private gatheringsCorporate events, parties and B2B salesPartnerships with creators, communities, brands and local organisationsProcurement, vendor management and cost controlGuest experience and service standardsStaff coordination and operational systemsRevenue growth across café, events and boutique stayLocal outreach and business developmentWorking with the founders on new ideas and growth initiativesWho we’re looking forYou may come from restaurants, cafés, hotels, events, hospitality,



business development or operations.More important than your exact background is that you:Take ownership rather than wait for instructionsAre commercially aware and comfortable discussing sales and numbersEnjoy working directly with guests, teams and vendorsCan plan and execute eventsAre organised and dependableCommunicate clearlyAre comfortable solving problems on the groundWant to grow with an early-stage hospitality businessExperience in F&B;, hospitality or events is preferred, but strong operating and business-development ability can compensate for a conventional hospitality background.Why this role is differentThe Social Belly is still evolving.
