This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated recruitment professional with a strong understanding of the U.S. legal hiring market ideally from an executive-search background who enjoys working independently in a flexible, results-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified legal professionals for U.S.-based opportunities
- Use LinkedIn, an existing legal candidate database, professional networks, referrals, and other independent sourcing channels
- Screen candidates based on their qualifications, experience, location preferences, compensation expectations, and career interests
- Present qualified candidates with accurate and professionally written submission summaries
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of legal professionals across the United States
- Collaborate with our recruitment team and provide regular updates on sourcing and candidate activityRequired Qualifications:
- At least three years of U.S.-based legal recruitment or legal candidate-sourcing experience
- Strong understanding of the U.S. legal employment market and common legal roles
- Demonstrated experience sourcing attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, law-firm professionals, or other legal talent
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently follow up with candidates




- Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a professional home-office environmentEssential Sourcing Requirement:
- The recruiter must have access to an active LinkedIn account and/or an established, current database of U.S.-based legal candidates
- No LinkedIn Recruiter license, job-board access, candidate database, sourcing platform, or other recruitment portal will be provided for this engagement
- Applicants must be comfortable sourcing candidates independently using their own available tools, networks, and resourcesImportant Engagement Details:
- This is not a salaried position
- Compensation is entirely commission-based and linked to successful candidate placements
- The selected recruiter will work as an independent contractor
