- Connect with interested & qualified business owners
- Understand their funding requirements and financial profile
- Explain suitable loan options professionally
- Follow up with leads and collect required documentation
- Coordinate with our banking/NBFC partners
- Maintain lead status and follow-ups in our CRM
- Support clients from initial discussion through loan processing and disbursementWho we’re looking for:




- 1–3 years of experience in Business Loans, DSA, NBFC, Fintech or Banking preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
- Comfortable speaking with SME/MSME owners and senior decision-makers
- Basic understanding of secured/unsecured loans, CIBIL, GST turnover and financial statements
- Solid follow-up and relationship-management skills
