The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibilities, excellent technical documentation skills, and experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams throughout various stages of architectural projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare concept designs, schematic layouts, design development drawings, and detailed construction documentation.Develop architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D models in accordance with project requirements.Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants to ensure seamless project integration.Assist in preparing tender drawings, GFC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.Review shop drawings, material submissions, and vendor proposals.Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure design compliance.Ensure adherence to the National Building Code (NBC), local building bye-laws, accessibility standards, and other statutory requirements.Participate in client meetings,
