Join us in driving enterprise project portfolio management excellence through Broadcom Clarity PPM administration, support, and continuous improvement.Your RoleAs a Broadcom Clarity PPM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Broadcom Clarity platform across development, test, and production environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, financial teams, and technical support teams to ensure the platform operates efficiently and meets organizational portfolio management needs.In this role, you will:Perform Broadcom Clarity administration activities including user onboarding, user provisioning, role management, and offboarding.Manage and maintain Clarity PPM environments across Development, Test, and Production.Plan, coordinate, and execute platform upgrades, patches, and releases based on Broadcom release notes and best practices.Support project portfolio management processes and ensure optimal platform performance and availability.Resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues raised through ServiceNow as part of the ADM support team.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues while ensuring adherence to SLAs.Support enhancement requests and change initiatives managed through Jira.Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.Monitor application health, maintain system configurations, and ensure data integrity within the platform.Provide user guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support operational excellence.Your ProfileHands-on experience administering Broadcom Clarity PPM or other Project Portfolio Management (PPM)



tools.Strong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting.Experience with user administration, access management, and environment management activities.Knowledge of Clarity upgrades, release management, and application support processes.Experience working with ticketing and workflow management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve application issues.Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and service delivery best practices.Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies is preferred.What you'll love about working hereYou can shape your career with us.
