quarterly review + plans and annual review plans basis the client’s brief.● Lead the team in media outreach for all partners in terms of media intelligence and strategic way to reach out to them.● Build and sustain relationships with 35 journalists from principal / senior correspondents to editors in a year.● Ensuring SOWs are being met to the T – on a weekly-basis so that strategic remedial actions can be taken in due time.● Ensure error-free reporting - WIP reports, month reports, salient points of WIP calls and quarterly plans.● Lead WIP call with partners.● Be cognizant of the business objective of the partner and devise PR plans / strategies as per the same.● Ensure QLA standards are maintained throughout the contract period.● Provide counsel (strategic) inputs on media opportunities as well as tactful replies to partner.● Drive relationship with partner POC / become the day-to-day go-to person for partner POC.● Ensure partner satisfaction does not fall below 8/10
