The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in BIM workflows, excellent coordination skills, and experience working with external BIM consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage architectural BIM models throughout project stages.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free and accurate models.Act as the primary point of contact for external BIM vendors and consultants, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Review BIM models for compliance with project requirements, BIM execution plans, and company standards.Conduct model coordination meetings and resolve technical issues collaboratively.Prepare construction documentation, schedules, and BIM deliverables.Maintain model integrity, data accuracy,
