Supported by 100+ mentors and operators, 2,000+ investors and partners, and over 2000 jobs created, PedalStart continues to expand its work with founders and investors through initiatives like PedalInvest, an invite-only investor club for thoughtful capital and early involvement.Role Description: The Assistant CCO (Chief Culture Officer) will support the design, implementation, hiring and continuous improvement of company culture initiatives in PedalStart and portfolio startups.The Assistant CCO will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that values, behaviours,



and work metrics are consistently reflected in hiring, onboarding, and performance conversations.This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.QualificationsExperience in Excel, data analytics, organisational culture, people operations and HR.Strong analytics and communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to run workshops, internal events, and feedback sessions.Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environments, with high ownership and adaptability.Skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, founders, and external partners.Comfort with basic data analysis and documentation to track culture metrics, program outcomes, and process improvements.Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, Business, or a related field; relevant certificationsin culture, leadership, or people development are a plus.Interest in the startup and venture ecosystem, with a strong alignment to PedalStart’s founder-first, execution-driven ethos.
