About the Role

Institute of YSR Designs is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller – Front Office / Admissions Executive to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling admission enquiries, counseling prospective students, managing front office operations, and ensuring a positive experience for every visitor and caller.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding course enquiries.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about our Interior Design courses.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Welcome visitors and manage front office activities professionally.
- Schedule demo classes, counselling sessions, and appointments.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrolment targets.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media enquiries.
- Prepare daily enquiry and admission reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).




- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Calling, Front Office, Customer Support, Sales, or Admissions.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping students.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
