Key Responsibilities:

- Meeting customers of the assigned territory on regular basis as per the weekly/monthly plan.
- Execute the sales strategies in compliance with the organization's policy to meet the sales targets within assigned territory.
- Strategize to create new accounts to expand the customer base.
- Attain a good product knowledge to pass on to the customer in a proper perspective.
- Develop & nurture the relationship with the existing & recent customers.
- Engagement of KOL/KBL within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentation/demonstration to the customer.
- Collecting the market data to stay updated about the industry trends & competition.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare the sales forecasts & planning.
- Close coordination with the business partners (Distributors) to ensure a better service to the customer to their satisfaction.
- Time bound collections to ensure DSO is maintained with respective to the Annual Operating plan.




- Inventory management analysis; maintain adequate inventory levels, managing near expiries, product shuffling within the territory to minimize expiry.
- Implementing the marketing activities effectively in consensus with the marketing team.
- Close coordination with the marketing team for sample evaluations & feedback, new product launches & conducting of educational programs.
- Report the sales performance, competitor's activities, feedback/inputs by the customers on regular basis.
- Follow 100% compliance as per the code of conduct & organizations policies.

Qualification & experience:

- Science Graduate or related field.
- Minimum 1+ years experience in sales of pharmaceutical/Medical Devices preference will be given to the candidates with interventional cardiology experience
