Job Title: Sales Associate (SaaS Products)

Location: Phase 8B Industrial Area, Mohali (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift (US & Canada)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing SaaS sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with international customers while selling innovative SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate SaaS solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate product features and benefits.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.

• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.





• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of experience in SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, or a similar role.

• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

• Willingness to work in night shifts supporting international markets.
