Job Description

Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Travel Consultant – Sales & Marketing to join our Rajkot branch. We are seeking a male candidate with a strong sales background who can build client relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in travel sales, be comfortable with field visits, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable Domestic and International holiday packages.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through active selling.
- Conduct day-to-day sales activities and generate current business opportunities.
- Visit clients personally for meetings, presentations, and business development.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail clients.




- Prepare travel quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, products, offers, and industry trends.

Eligibiltiy

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Sales, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Experience in field sales and client meetings will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused.
- Passion for travel and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
