About the Role

This role owns end-to-end non-food procurement and supply continuity across multiple sites. The manager will handle categories such as capex and opex, housekeeping materials, LPG, uniforms, packaging, and MRO items, while controlling cost, inventory, and vendor performance. Success in the role means uninterrupted supply, tighter commercial control, and better support to site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own non-food procurement across capex, opex, housekeeping materials, LPG, uniforms, packaging, and MRO items.
- Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and finalization to improve service and pricing outcomes.
- Plan inventory and consumption to reduce shortages, overbuying, and wastage.
- Coordinate with regional teams and vendors to resolve supply issues quickly.
- Use SAP ERP for procurement tracking, inventory visibility, and transaction accuracy.
- Drive cost optimization through market comparison, commercial negotiation, and category control.

Essential Skills & Technologies





- Strong knowledge of non-food supply chain and procurement across multiple categories.
- Experience in vendor sourcing, development, commercial negotiation, and supplier finalization.
- Inventory planning and wastage control skills with a focus on availability and cost discipline.
- Hands-on SAP ERP experience for procurement and inventory processes.
- Strong analytical ability to identify savings and improve procurement decisions.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills for working with regional teams and vendors.

Additional Plus

- Experience supporting multi-site procurement operations.
- Exposure to category management or supplier review processes.
- Familiarity with procurement controls and commercial terms.
