About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Amazon, Flipkart & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize marketplace and social media advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with a strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, performance marketing, and scaling e-commerce sales through data-driven strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon & Flipkart Ads

- Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Handle Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display campaigns on Amazon.
- Manage Flipkart PLA (Product Listing Ads) and other relevant ad formats.
- Perform keyword research, bid optimization, search-term analysis, and A/B testing.
- Monitor campaign performance including ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ad-attributed sales.
- Optimize product listings in collaboration with content/design teams to improve organic and paid performance.
- Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, promotions, keywords, and market trends.
- Manage daily and weekly advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across campaigns and SKUs.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Scale campaigns based on performance, profitability, product lifecycle, and seasonality.





Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage campaigns for traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversions, sales, and retargeting.
- Set up and optimize prospecting, retargeting, lookalike, custom audience, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and identify high-performing customer segments.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and ad sets to maximize ROAS.
- Perform creative and copy A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Analyze performance at campaign, ad set, audience, placement, and creative levels.
- Coordinate with the content/design team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives, videos, carousels, and ad copies.
- Monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining target ROAS/CPA.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager changes, new ad formats, targeting options, and performance marketing trends.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon, Flipkart, and Meta advertising.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns, budgets, products, and SKUs simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of marketplace advertising structures and Meta campaign objectives.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, conversion rate,



and revenue metrics.
- Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc. is a plus.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, audience creation, and retargeting is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with D2C brands, e-commerce companies, or marketplace businesses.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce performance marketing.
- Understanding of SEO for Amazon/Flipkart product listings.
- Knowledge of Meta creative strategy and understanding of how images, videos, carousels, offers, and ad copy impact performance.
- Experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and other analytics platforms is a plus.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets is an added advantage.
