Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.




- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster skilled growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting modules to meet organizational needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to group reporting functionalities.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for application development.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
