We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Odoo Sales Consultant to identify business opportunities, understand client requirements, and recommend Odoo ERP solutions that help organizations improve their operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with a solid understanding of business processes and ERP solutions to drive new business and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify current leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Demonstrate Odoo ERP modules and explain how they address client needs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
- Coordinate with functional consultants and technical teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.




- Stay informed about Odoo products, new features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–8 years of experience in ERP software sales, SaaS sales, or B2B solution selling.
- Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience conducting software demonstrations and client presentations.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation processes.
- CRM management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
