Position: Standards & Compliance Engineer – BESS / PCS / C&I; Systems

Location: Bangalore

Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Standards & Regulatory Compliance

- Identify and interpret applicable standards (IEC, UL, IEEE, BIS, etc.)
- Prepare compliance matrices and perform gap analysis
- Ensure design alignment with safety and regulatory requirements
- Track updates in standards and regulations

1. Certification & Lab Coordination

- Coordinate with certification bodies and laboratories
- Manage certification activities and documentation
- Review test reports and compliance documents
- Act as single point of contact for certification

1. Product Testing & Validation

- Plan and coordinate product testing
- Work with labs on test setups and procedures
- Monitor execution and ensure compliance
- Analyze results and resolve non-conformities

1. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Track timelines for testing and approvals
- Ensure closure of compliance gaps
- Support project submissions

1. Documentation & Customer Support

- Prepare compliance documents and reports
- Support customer queries




- Participate in technical discussions

Educational Qualification

4+ years of Experience

B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Power Engineering
