Key Responsibilities

- Create, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing of web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Slack, JIRA, or Bugzilla
- Work closely with development and product teams to reproduce and resolve issues
- Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing
- Ensure test coverage, prepare test reports, and maintain QA documentation

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on manual testing experience
- Robust understanding of STLC, SDLC, and defect life cycle




- Proficiency in test case writing & execution
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good To Have (Optional)

- API testing experience (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- Exposure to automation tools (Selenium, etc.)
- Agile methodology knowledge
