Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Interior Designer role based in Pune and Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will lead workplace interior design projects from concept to completion, including client briefings, design presentations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing space plans, interior layouts, and material palettes; preparing detailed drawings, construction documents, and FF&E; specifications; and ensuring design intent is maintained through execution. The role involves close collaboration with architecture, engineering,



and project management teams to align design solutions with budget, timelines, and technical requirements. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior team members, support design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with experience in workplace or commercial environments.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and layout development for medium to large-format office spaces.
- Hands-on experience with Construction Drawings, detailing, and coordination with site and engineering teams.
- Knowledge of FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination with procurement and vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end interior design projects, ideally in a design & build or rapid-paced project environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and commitment to quality, timelines, and cost discipline.
- Familiarity with local building codes, materials, and construction practices in India is an advantage.
