Role Overview

Our client - a leading fintech platform - builds products that simplify financial services and improve the financial well-being of millions of salaried professionals. They are looking for a Product Manager to own product strategy and execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products that create measurable business impact.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about understanding users, solving complex problems with data-driven thinking, and building scalable products from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap and execution for one or more modules of the company's financial wellness and employee benefits platform.
- Identify and prioritize customer problems through user research, customer interviews, employer feedback, and data analysis.
- Translate complex business requirements and financial workflows into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly product experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product solutions from concept to launch.
- Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria, while managing agile development cycles and delivery timelines.
- Define, track, and analyze product KPIs such as user adoption, engagement, retention, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct product performance analysis, monitor user behavior, and leverage insights to optimize existing features and identify new opportunities.
- Drive feature launches, manage release planning,



validate product quality, and ensure smooth execution across teams.
- Stay updated on fintech trends, competitor offerings, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

What You'll Need

- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, HR-tech, or consumer technology companies.
- Proven experience building and launching digital products with measurable business and customer impact.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience conducting user research, defining product requirements, and managing products through the complete development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
- Good understanding of financial services such as banking, payments, lending, investments, or employee financial benefits.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed trade-offs, and thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on employee benefits, payroll, compensation, rewards, or enterprise SaaS products.
- Exposure to embedded finance, digital lending, payroll systems, or payments infrastructure.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data analysis for product decision-making.
- Experience building B2B2C products or platforms serving enterprise customers at scale.
