Intellemo is looking for an AI Video Creator & Editor for Client Onboarding who combines creative storytelling, hands-on AI video production and strong customer communication.

This is not a conventional social-media marketing or video-editing position. You will create professional AI-generated videos while also helping enterprise customers understand, adopt and successfully use the Intellemo platform.

The ideal candidate is a curious and practical problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with creative tools, explaining workflows to others and resolving issues calmly and systematically.

Application Requirements: Candidates should submit a resume or brief professional profile, a portfolio containing two to five relevant video or creative projects, a short explanation of their contribution to each submitted project, and details of the AI and editing tools used where applicable. Candidates without formal AI-video experience may still apply if they demonstrate solid creative fundamentals, rapid learning ability and customer communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality AI videos using Intellemo and other AI-powered tools.
- Convert briefs into scripts, prompts, storyboards, and polished videos.
- Produce short-form and long-form videos for marketing, training, and product communication.
- Edit videos to improve quality, pacing, branding, and platform compatibility.
- Build reusable prompts, templates,



and efficient production workflows.
- Conduct product demos, onboarding, and training sessions for enterprise customers.
- Guide customers through scripting, video creation, editing, and export.
- Troubleshoot video generation, rendering, avatar, voice, and workflow issues.
- Document issues, recommend solutions, and escalate product bugs when needed.
- Create tutorials, FAQs, and training resources to improve customer success.
- Test new AI video features and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, and customer success teams while staying updated on the latest AI video trends.

Qualifications

- Portfolio showcasing video editing, AI-generated content, or motion design.
- Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Familiarity with AI video, image, voice, and avatar generation tools.
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and prompt-writing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English with clear communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and explain technical concepts simply.
- Experience working with clients and managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of branding, content creation, and enterprise workflows.
- Experience creating demos, training videos, or product explainers.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new AI technologies.
