We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MarComm Strategist for our Planning and Strategy Unit. The ideal candidate will possess solid strategic planning skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in collaborating with stakeholders and acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to align planning initiatives with company goals.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive positioning.

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, including creating compelling pitch decks and presentations tailored to target audiences.

• Provide research and strategic input to the internal teams that aligns with the existing brands.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with our offerings.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the planning and strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation,



collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

• Proven experience (0-4 years) in strategic planning, business development, or related roles, with a focus on client acquisition.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading teams and driving results.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

• Proficiency in social listening and social audit tools will be an add on.
