About the Role

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage the social media presence of multiple brands across various industries. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning content, writing engaging scripts, coordinating shoots, and ensuring timely posting across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars for multiple clients.
- Research industry trends and generate creative content ideas.
- Write engaging scripts for reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and the content team to ensure timely content production.




- Plan and oversee content shoots with clients.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content descriptions.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to support paid campaigns with organic content.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Excellent content planning and copywriting skills.
- Experience in creating content calendars and campaign planning.
- Ability to write creative scripts for reels and promotional videos.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
