The candidate is expected to have a broad understanding of how different monitoring sources operate within production environments and contribute to improving signal quality through data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities** + **Analyze alerts across diverse monitoring sources and identify optimization opportunities** + **Contribute to reduction of alert noise through tuning and improvement initiatives** + **Work across monitoring domains (infrastructure, application, batch, network, and mainframe) to improve alert effectiveness** + **Develop a functional understanding of how different monitoring sources generate and trigger events** + **Identify recurring patterns and support data-driven improvements across event streams** + **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance monitoring coverage and quality** + **Support adoption of intelligent/AI-driven approaches for improving alert efficiency and reducing manual effort** **Required Qualifications** + **8-12 years in monitoring, event management, or production support environments** + **Exposure to multi-domain monitoring environments (e.g., infrastructure, application, batch, network,
