Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces..
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to avoid stock-outs.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds.Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve account or listing-related issues.
- Monitor product performance, sales,



and customer feedback.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts on marketplace platforms.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure product catalog accuracy and compliance with marketplace policies.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart and Other e-commerceell Ser Hub.
- Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and inventory management.
- Basic understanding of marketplace promotions and sales analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–2 years of experience in Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplace management.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.
