Job Description – Social Media Executive (SMO Executive)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and track key KPIs.
- Optimize content based on engagement and performance insights.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and project delivery.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Must have handled a minimum of 15 client accounts.
- Strong expertise in organic social media marketing.
- Good client communication and account management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools is preferred.
