Duty Hours:
10 to 12 Hours per day
Qualification:
Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) OR Graduate
Basic Computer Knowledge required
Must be comfortable using Mobile/Smartphone
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily factory production activities
Manage workers and shift operations
Ensure production targets are met on time
Maintain attendance, discipline, and work reporting
Coordinate with management for stock and material control
Basic computer data entry and reporting work
Ensure smooth workflow in manufacturing process
Required Skills:
Leadership & team handling ability
Basic computer operation (Excel / data entry)
Positive communication & management skills
Responsibility and punctuality
