Job Location : Pirangut, Pune

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Stores Executive for our Pirangut Assembly facility. The candidate should have strong knowledge of store operations, SAP system, material handling, inventory management, and documentation standards. The role involves managing inward and outward material movement, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth store operations to support production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day store operations including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
Ensure timely material delivery to assembly and production teams.
Maintain accurate stock records and update transactions in SAP system.
Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning activities.
Follow standard material handling practices and storage standards.
Maintain proper documentation for inward, outward, GRN, stock transfer, and issue records.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, and Stores teams for smooth material flow.




Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure FIFO implementation and proper identification of materials.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in store area.
Prepare daily/weekly stock and material movement reports.

Required Skills:
Good computer knowledge with SAP working experience.
Solid understanding of material handling and inventory management.
Knowledge of standard store documentation and material traceability.
Basic to good English reading and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records accurately.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in manufacturing or assembly workshop stores will be an added advantage.
Candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling store operations independently.
